The first coordination meeting
The first coordination meeting of the project ModeHEd was held on 29th – 30th March 2016 at the Academic Lyceum of the Tashkent Medical Academy (TMA, Uzbekistan). The meeting was opened by the Rector of TMA, academician Sh. I. Karimov and the main target of this meeting was to familiarize all the partners with the strategic plan of the project.
During two working days, the partners discussed and exchanged opinions on the main and specific objectives of the project, project management, financial questions, the EU partners’ experiences, MEFANET network developed by the 1st Medical Faculty of Charles University in Prague which is aimed at the professional growth of the students, quality criteria of prepared educational materials. Five working groups, aimed on modernization of seven courses, organised roundtables and prepared concepts of individual items development. These working groups are represented by actively involved professors and lecturers from universities of Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Germany, Czech Republic and Slovakia. Final talks and presentations were held in the form of discussion. At the end of the meeting, the issues related to the partners’ agreement signing procedure were discussed.
